Rick started his career in wellness back in 1992 when he became certified as a Fitness Specialist with Lake Washington Technical College in Kirkland Washington. His areas of study include Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, Exercise Prescription, Diet and Nutrition. He quickly became a popular personal trainer working at health clubs like Gold's Gym, The Pro Club, Iron Works, Flex Factor and Mill Creek Athletic Club. In 1995 Rick graduated from Bellevue Massage School in Bellevue Washington and went on to start a successful career combining massage and personal training in home. Rick has networked with numerous Chiropractors, assisting with the rehabilitation of work injuries and auto injuries. He has trained and performed massage on professional athletes as well as amateur competitors. Rick’s hobbies include Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, weight lifting, surfing and snowboarding. Rick makes it a priority to get results with his clients. Whether it is to simply relax, overcome an injury or get in shape, Rick is here to assist you.
