Massage Therapist

I am a Nationaly certified Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training from the International Professional School of Bodywork in Pacific Beach. I became interested in massage after I tore my MCL and fractured my tibia snowboarding the backciuntry of Colorado. Through the healing process massage was used in conjunction with physical therapy. Fom there on I wanted to pass on the healing touch of bodywork. I personalize each massage to cater to my client's needs. The style of massage I do is a blend of different modalities to really help open up the clients and make them a little more free in their body. I specialize in Neurmuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sports, Sweedish and Traditional Thai Massage.
