From a very early age I have had a passion for treating one's body as one's temple and the positive consequences it can have on one's mind body and soul.  A person can have all of the amazing ideas in the world but if one does not have their health or pain free mobility they have not much at all.  My background is in dance; ballet and jazz.  I have just begun to develop a passion for modern dance as I enjoy it's similarities to a play.  Without words modern dance conveys a story with movement and music.

At about the age of 17, I dislocated my hip which left me bed ridden for a couple of weeks.  Although it may not compare to what some people may endure physically, it caused me to develop even a greater appreciation for my body.  As I noticed my mind and soul were greatly affected by the loss of my ability to move when and how I wanted to.  This caused me to study anatomy and become a certified fitness conditioner through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified Integrated Flexibility Specialist, and I am currently working towards my B.A. in Kinesiology with a pre physical therapy emphasis.  I plan on then continuing my education at the University of Southern California to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Working at Cassidy's Massage Clinic has allowed me to be surrounded by many talented and educated professionals.  I wanted to work somewhere where I would be able to learn something from those whom I worked with which is exactly what I have found.
