Massage Therapist

I am a licensed and nationally certified Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish massage. I graduated in April of 2007 from Remington College, San Diego. At the onset of my career, I discovered my passion and natural talent for identifying and resolving muscular issues related to sports, stress, or injuries. This allows me to perform well beyond my experience. Being an athlete myself motivates me to learn more about how massages can be beneficial while training. It also helps me understand which specific muscles are used in different sports. I understand how it feels to get a massage and have the impression that the therapist completely missed what needed to be worked on. My goal is to focus on the details of your request and tailor each massage to your specific needs.
